The 'College Canteen' gives each participating Institution/Group to start and manage their own College Magazine, that can announce News, Events, Views, etc. (Please ask for a page; send all such requests to heartbeatgoa.vms@gmail.com).

This site is hosted by a small but vociferous group of students from V.M.Salgaocar College of Law. Heartbeatgoa.com is for anyone who believes that they should have a voice. After all, the people who are crazy enough to believe that they can change the world, are the ones who do!
